U-Bolts

CC Gasket offers a wide range of U-bolts for your pipe, grating and/or conduit support needs.

We stock U-bolts in all standard pipe sizes in the following materials:

304 stainless steel
316 stainless steel
Zinc plated carbon steel
Hot Dipped Galvanized Carbon Steel
HSPVC coated (often referred to as neoprene coated or rubber coated)
Xylan coated carbon steel

We stock all of the above in both standard thread lengths as well as Long-Tangent thread lengths - also known as Figure 137.

We can provide a number of pad options to accompany your U-bolts out of either

Neoprene, Buna-N, Steel, Acetyl Half-round or I-rod depending on your project’s requirements.

CC Gasket also has the capabilities and materials to manufacture custom U-bolts in-house. This provides our customers the flexibility to order non-standard dimension U-Bolts that better suit their project’s needs.
